Job Summary:

KV Legal Consulting is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel with expertise in Criminal, Civil, and Corporate Law to handle legal filings, compliance, and documentation for cases across Lower Courts, High Courts, and tribunals such as NCLT & NCLAT. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience, demonstrating proficiency in drafting, research, and court procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Advisory & Research:

• Provide legal counsel on criminal, civil, and corporate matters.
• Conduct thorough legal researchto support case strategies and filings.

 Compliance & Documentation:

• Prepare and review documentation for filings in Lower Courts, High Court, NCLT & NCLAT.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to legal compliance and regulatory requirements.

Litigation & Case Management:

• Assist in drafting petitions, affidavits, contracts, and pleadings.
• Support senior legal counsel in case preparation, client interactions, and hearings.
• Attend court proceedings, liaising with advocates and clients as required.

Regulatory Filings & Client Coordination:

• Manage corporate compliance filings and ensure timely submissions.
• Coordinate with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Background:

• LLB qualification from a recognized university.

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ yearsof relevant experience in legal documentation, compliance, and litigation.

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Strong command over Criminal, Civil, and Corporate Law.
• Experience in handling court filings, legal documentation, and corporate regulatory processes.
• Excellent drafting skillsand ability to interpret legal provisions with clarity.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with legal teams.

Additional Requirements:

• Preferred:Candidate should have their own laptop and vehicle for ease of work mobility.
• Availability:Willingness to travel for court appearances and client meetings as needed.
